This is what I was made to do.

I’m Karen — a portrait photographer based in Orlando with over a decade of experience photographing women who lead. I’ve taken thousands of professional images, and what I’ve learned is this: the most powerful photographs don’t just capture how you look. They capture what makes you distinctly, unmistakably you.

She’s More Than grew out of that belief. It’s the experience I always wanted to offer — intentional, editorial, and built around the woman in front of my lens, not a formula behind it.

01. Tell Me About You

Fill out a short form so I can get to know you before we ever meet. This helps me understand who you are, what you do, and what you want your images to say.

02. Let’s Connect

We’ll schedule a discovery call to talk through the experience, answer your questions, and make sure She’s More Than is the right fit. If it is — we’ll make it official.

03. Plan Your Session

Once you’re booked, we’ll meet via Zoom for a planning call to talk through your vision, wardrobe, and what to expect on shoot day. By the time you walk into the studio, you’ll feel completely prepared.

04. Your Session

You show up. I take care of the rest.

05. The Reveal

We’ll meet via Zoom to view your curated proof gallery together. You’ll select your final images, which I’ll then retouch to perfection.

This isn’t an off-the-shelf session. Every detail of She’s More Than is designed specifically for you — from your first conversation to your private reveal appointment, nothing here follows a formula.

Every session includes your planning consultation, studio time, a curated proof gallery, five fully retouched images, and a private reveal appointment. Additional images are available if you fall in love with more than five — and most women do.

She’s More Than is available as a two-hour session or a half-day experience with a dedicated hair and makeup artist by your side. Investments begin at $2,500.

I’ve never done anything like this. Will I know what to do?

Good news: most people haven’t. That’s what I’m here for. By the time you walk through the studio door, you’ll know exactly what to expect, what to bring, and what happens next — because I’ll have walked you through every step of it. All you have to do is show up. I’ll handle the rest.

What do I wear?

This is one of my favorite parts of the planning process — and you won’t be figuring it out alone. During your planning call we’ll talk through your wardrobe together, and I’m always happy to look at photos of what you’re considering or help you think through whether something new might be worth adding. By the time your session day arrives, your outfits will be intentional, curated, and completely you.

What if I’m not photogenic?

Getting a great photograph is my job, not yours. I’ve spent years learning how to read a person, create the right environment, and draw out something real — and I’ve never met a woman who didn’t have something worth capturing.

Is She’s More Than right for me?

If you’ve built something you’re proud of and you’re ready for images that reflect the woman behind it — yes. She’s More Than isn’t about your industry, your age, or your job title. It’s about you, and the story you’ve earned the right to tell.

How do I choose between the two-hour session and the half-day experience?

If you want a focused, intentional session with room to explore a few different looks, the two-hour experience is a beautiful fit. If you want a more immersive day — with a dedicated hair and makeup artist by your side helping you transition between looks and feel camera-ready from start to finish — the half-day experience was made for you. We’ll talk through which feels right during your discovery call.

Where do sessions take place?

All She’s More Than sessions are held at the studio in Longwood, Florida.
