How Many People Can We Photograph?

Each station photographs about 25 people per hour. One station can handle 200+ people per full day. For bigger events, we run multiple stations side-by-side.

Planning from Out of Town?

Headshot Station Frequently Asked Questions

How much space do you need?

We recommend a minimum of a 10' x 12' area. Ideal space will have a small table for mirrors and touch-up items, and room for a line that doesn't block traffic to other areas.

How do attendees get their photos?

Each participant signs in via QR code and we email their proofs and final images directly to them. At the end of the event, we can also email the organizer or sponsor with the final headshot gallery.

Do attendees need appointments?

No! We can have a QR code sign up form available that people access with their phones. We can also schedule slots ahead of time and save priority spots for VIPs.

Can you also photograph the rest of the event?

Yes. Pairing a headshot station with Orlando corporate event photography coverage is a popular option. One team covers both.
