What does my session fee cover?
Session fees cover the photography time, standard post-production workflow, and 2 retouched final images. 

Is my payment refundable?
Due to the limited availability, session fees are non-refundable.

What if I need to reschedule?
If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible so we can offer your time to another client. Your payment will be applied as a credit toward a future booking.

What happens if I'm running late?
Arriving late may reduce shooting time to keep the schedule on track, with no reduction in price. Due to the nature of the event, we ask everyone to plan to arrive a few minutes before their scheduled time.

What kind of retouching is included?
Standard retouching includes professional, natural-looking adjustments such as removing blemishes, minimizing lines, and removing stray hairs.

How should I prepare for my session?
You're responsible for grooming, wardrobe, and arriving camera-ready. We'll email you instructions and tips for getting ready before your session date.

Please also allow time for parking downtown and walking to the building. Parking fees are not included.

Can you match our company's brand standards?
Yes. If your company has specific brand standards — backgrounds, colors, framing, or style guidelines — send them to info@karenkphoto.com in advance and we'll match them for your session.
