What Does a Team Session Cost?

Team headshots are custom-quoted because your price depends on your headcount and how many final images each person needs. But here's the honest starting point so you can plan: Sessions start at $1,000, and the per-person cost goes down as your team grows. A small leadership team runs around $170 per person. A team of 20 drops to about $120 per person. Bigger team, better rate.

Composite Team Photos

Getting everyone in the same room on the same day is usually the hardest part of a team photo. Composite group shots fix that problem entirely.

 

We photograph each person individually, then build them into a single, seamless group image. Same lighting, same background, same polished look, without the calendar gymnastics.

 

These sessions are shot with the final group in mind from the start. We capture two or three poses of each person, standing and seated, so we have options when we build the arrangement. Not every pose makes the final image. That's the point. Having choices is how the group ends up looking natural instead of like a row of cutouts.

 

This works especially well when:

  • Your team changes often and you'd rather not reshoot everyone every time someone new starts
  • You need the same people arranged in different groupings, like by department, practice area, or leadership tier
  • Schedules, locations, or remote staff make a traditional group photo impractical

 

Planning ahead pays off. If you tell us up front that you want a composite, we document the lighting setup so we can match it later. That means a new hire six months from now can be photographed to match and added right in, no reshoot of the whole team required. We can also work from past sessions when the lighting lines up.

Because composites involve more shooting per person and more work building the final image, we quote them individually based on your team size and how many arrangements you need.
